There was another good turn out this evening

The following issues were discussed

1. Update and discussion regarding The Rare Show – Everything is on course and plans were finalised. Patronage has been applied for and accepted.The schedule will soon be complete and available 
2.  Update and discussion regarding the Open show – Everything is on course and plans were finalised. Patronage has been applied for and accepted.The schedule will soon be complete and available 
3. June BBQ and young Stock Show – Arrangements are largely complete. A flyer and show schedule was handed out and is available on this site Discussion regarding the potential
4. twinning and  with  the Australia Ipswich Budgerigar Club – It was agreed that the secretary can approach the Australian club with a view to offering patronage and regular contact etc
5.  Discussion Regarding adopting a policy of appointing a mentor for new members.- This was agreed and the members thought it was a good idea for the secretary to nominate a Mentor to a potential member based on geographical suitability.
6. French Moult Survey – Ready to go live – The survey to be emailed to all members for completion
