Annual BBQ and Young Stock show 2019

This years BBQ and Young stock show was held on the 9th of June and was  a great success. There was a fine weather window in between the weeks rain.

The event was held at the home and grounds of Peter and Sandra Stevens

What a great location With Peter and Sandra being great hosts.  Nearly 40 Members and partners  attended.

Before the BBQ The stock show was set up with over 60 birds entered by members.

Peter Barber a well known breeder and Judge based in West Norfolk kindly agreed to judge the event.

The show has a much reduced schedule with Hens and Cock being exhibited together.

John Gibbens was awarded Best in Show with a fine any Age Grey Cock Bird.

Bill and Steven was awarded Best Year Bird with a fine Light Green Opaline.

Bill stood up to thank Peter and Sandra for hosting the event. Peter Barber was thanked for driving from Norfolk to judge the birds 

Thanks goes out to all members who helped in setting up the venue,Provided food and assisted with the Show.
