Discussion regarding the potential twinning and  with  the Australia Ipswich Budgerigar Club. It was agreed that the secretary would make contact with the Australian Club

Discussion regarding adopting a policy of appointing a mentor for new members.It was agreed that the secretary would allocate a suitable member to mentor any future members if they so desired
