Annual Year Bred and Nest feather Show May 2025

This years Annual Young Bird Show was held during the May meeting.

7 members brought birds to exhibit with a total of 25 birds brought. These were split between 6 classes.

Ghalib the chairman judged the birds. There was a clear winner of best in show, which was a rather splendid Lutino Cock brought by Andy Brooks. Andy is well known in the area for producing Good quality Lutinos year has proved no exception. and it it likely Andy will do very well with this cock bird during the show season.

John Gibbens was successful in winning 4 of the classes. Peter and Sandra Stevens were awarded Best Opposite sec with a Sky Blue Cinnamon Opaline Hen.

At the conclusion of the Judging, Ghalib discussed the birds and why he had chosen the class and show winner.
